Alpha & Omega Dance Academy (AODA) is a Christ-centered studio where the arts meet excellence, and we aim to do this by glorifying God in everything we do; offering you excellent instruction at affordable prices; using clean and age-appropriate music/movements; and providing you with a friendly, uplifting environment for dancers of all ages to grow in their potential! AODA is also the only local studio offering extensive dance classes for adults of all levels, as well as the only non-competitive studio of our size and caliber. We ensure that each dancer receives maximum attention to best grow in their potential.
We currently have two studios in North Carolina: AODA Fayetteville, located in Fayetteville/Cumberland County (with a satellite at Village Christian Academy), and AODA Raeford, located in Raeford/Hoke County. Alpha & Omega Dance Academy, LLC is an affiliate model, meaning these studios are independently-owned and independently-run, but the studios work together under the ultimate leadership, mentorship, and artistic direction of Alpha & Omega Dance Academy, LLC.
Parents love our affordable prices and sibling discounts, family-focused class schedules, and trustworthy teachers. Our instructors have had many years of training and experience in dance, teaching, and Christian ministry, and they appreciate the chance to be a role model to their students. Parents also appreciate our professional communication, aim for organization, and consistent email newsletters to keep them in the loop on AODA life. We are proud partners of Jackrabbit (our account database), providing our families with easy access to their accounts/classes via our AODA Portal!
Students will love the positive environment and the opportunity to not only grow in the art and technique of dance, but also to exercise, be mentored to, and make new friends. In fact, many of our students and staff have met their closest friends at our studio! Our teachers provide the perfect balance between embracing students for who they are and where they are at and also encouraging and challenging students to reach further potential.
Something else we think you'll enjoy is an aspect unique to AODA: our end-of-the-year dance production. Instead of holding a typical dance recital, our artistic team, staff, and dancers work hard to provide a theatrical and thematic production, complete with a cast of main characters, narrations/acting, creative stage sets and props, and luxurious costuming! Past productions include "A Puppet To A Boy" (Pinocchio, 2012), "Oz" (Wizard Of Oz, 2013), "Narnia" (The Chronicles of Narnia, 2014), "Alice" (Alice In Wonderland, 2015), "Adventures With Mary and Bert" (Mary Poppins, 2016), "Belle" (Beauty & The Beast, 2017), "Neverland" (Peter Pan, 2018), "The Glass Slipper" (Cinderella, 2019), “The Orphans’ Strike” (Newsies and Annie, 2020), “Through The Wardrobe” (The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, 2021), and “Rapunzel” (Tangled, 2022).
At Alpha & Omega Dance Academy, you will be so much more than just a dancer or a student. You will grow in the art and technique of dance as well as in personal character, and you will find incredible support and love through our staff and your classmates. We hope you consider joining AODA — we would love for you to become part of our dance family!
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)
