Studio rentals

Thank you for considering using our studio to accommodate your rental needs! We are typically able to rent out our studio for personal choreography preparation, dance groups who need a large space to practice, dance teachers looking to host a workshop, birthday parties, or more!

About our Venue

We are located in the beautiful McPherson Plaza near the intersection of McPherson and Cliffdale Rd. We have two lovely spaces and each studio has dance flooring/mat, a small waiting area with a few chairs, and one restroom. Both are handicapped accessible. We also have two eight-foot white rectangular tables which might be available upon request. For pictures of our space, please find us on Google Maps!

Please keep in mind that as a dance studio, we typically have classes every weekday afternoon/evenings and Saturday morning/early afternoon; we are closed Sundays and typically do not rent out on those days. You can ask for a weekday morning/early afternoon or Saturday afternoon/evening. Or to use a space during a weekday afternoon/evening or on the weekend, you can view our current class schedule to see when there might be an opening by clicking here before requesting a time (please note a rental or private lesson may be booked since you looked at the schedule).

Studio guidelines & policy

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment for the rental(s) is due at time of booking. We will call you to set up a billing account and draft your payment (we currently do not accept cash, check, money order or AMEX). Please note that payment is still due if you fail to show up without 24-hours cancellation notice.

CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW POLICY:
For all rentals, we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice out of respect for our staff's time and work. You must cancel 24 hours prior by calling our office/leaving a voicemail or sending us an email through our website's contact page. We do not grand refunds for cancellations, but if they are cancelled 24 hours prior, then the fee will be issued as account credit so that you may find another time to rent the studio. We do not grant refunds for any cancellations made after the 24 hours, but you reach out to the office about scheduling another time.

SICK & COVID POLICY:
Please follow the advice of medical experts if you believe you or anyone who is a part of your event is sick. We ask everyone to be fever-free (or free of applicable symptoms) for at least 24 hours before coming on our property.
